Amennyiben először foglalsz nálunk időpontot, kérlek "Állapotfelmérés-konzultáció"-ra foglalj időpontot! Hozz magaddal kényelmes ruhát, illetve a jelen állapotoddal kapcsolatos orvosi dokumentációdat (ha készült képalkotó vizsgálat-MRI, CT, Rtg -  akkor ezek képi anyagát is, ne csak az írásos leletet).

Kérlek érekezz az időpontod előtt 15 perccel, hogy legyen időd kitölteni a regisztációs lapot, és kényelmesen átöltözni.

If you are booking an appointment for the first time please choose Kiss Dóra's calendar, cause she speaks english. Book appointment for "Állapotfelmérés-konzultáció" (Health check, and consultation), bring comfortable clothing and all of your medical documentaions what correlated to your present condition (if you had imaging scan -MR, CT, or X-ray, not only the findings, but the CD also) 

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment so that you have time to fill out the registratio form and change comfortably.
